They got some new Ritz baked chips stuff. It replaces 2 or 3 variety of chips we used to get, one of them being my favorite kettle chips in a blue bag.

Oh yeah, the Ritz replaced the awesome kettle chips early last month. I asked the FA why and she confirmed that the Ritz are a WN snack and said that FL would soon be changing to all of WN's snacks.

On the plus side, keep devaluing the BC product and that is more of a chance I get a free upgrade.
Everyone keep telling the FAs on every single flight you go that you miss the snacks they offered in the past. So we are being served WN coach snacks in BC now? If they are going to make everything WN, why not offer those same snacks to Airtran coach passengers too? Why charge Airtran coach passengers for baggage if you are going to do things the WN way?

Going from Kettles to the Ritz?
I went on two airtran flights since my last post. I know it's strictly anecdotal and not a scientific study, but I noticed that very few people are picking out the Ritz chips. Sure doesn't hurt the WN bottomline as fewer snacks are consumed as they make the choices less attractive.
Not to worry - WN will be rid of J soon enough ! But, not to worry as you can book faster on WN given no need to go through the seat selection screen which gets taken care of when you line up a like a second grader for boarding.
The new snacks are a huge downgrade. The ritz chips are ok, but now the only two salty options are the ritz product and pretzels. www.sadtuba.com

flew out of MCO this past week. Got to say that they had the Milano cookies but as reported, no more Boulder Chips. These were replaced with some low-quality Ritz cracker thing that I did not care for. BRING BACK MY BOULDER CHIPS WN, I NEED THEM WHEN I FLY TO FLORIDA, YOU CHEAP SUNS N' BEACHES!!

My husband just reported that on a flight from ATL-RIC, the Boulder chips were indeed in the basket.
So either they've had a change of heart and realize that WN snacks suck, or they found a box of Boulder chips in the back of a supply closet and are clearing them out.
I'm gonna go with the second guess.
