I would ask in the Lufthansa forum. I see a notation on the Lufthansa lounge search page that the purchase of lounge access at LH Business lounges at MUC is halted; however, not sure if it is true or just old info.
Otherwise I would say one of the Non-Schengen (concourse H or L).
