Would I be able to use the lounge in the airport I land in?

I'm planning a trip that would land in Tokyo, Japan (NRT) with Japan Airlines business class. I will have another economy class ticket to another destination.

Would I be able to use the lounge without paying extra while waiting for my next economy class flight since I landed using business class?

Is your JAL business class flight an international flight with a scheduled flight time longer than 5 hours?

Is your onwards economy flight a oneworld marketed and operated flight?

If yes to both, then you should have access to a oneworld lounge at NRT.
