Item left at ORD Term 5 Swissport lounge, how to contact?
Thanks for the help on this!
I was at Swissport lounge on Friday (Feb 11) at closing time (last few ppl out the door). Left my woman's black wide brim beach hat. I remembered after getting to destination (20 hrs later). Tried calling ORD airport police but they say there is no lost and found at term 5. Swissport lounge doesn't have a published phone number. There's only a number for the swissport chicago GM (nothing to do with lounge - called him but no help). Emailed the lounge customer service manager, 24 hrs still nothing. The hat is not that pricey but I love that hat (i got big head - hard to find good fitting one). They don't sell the same exact hat anymore.
What else do u guys think I should do?

Just want to update!
i have heard nothing from swissport.
Qatar (i was going to go on their plane) heard nothingChicago airport police said "call swissport. There's no lost and found at terminal 5".
priority pass gave a phone number that doesn't work for swissport.
Soooo frustrating!
