There is now possibility to claim cash for your miles
https://topbonus.insolvenz-solution.de/creditor
Everything is in German, but one can easily guess what to enter.
My low amount of 3000 miles got the "offer" of 10.80€
Edit: Brain fart in the headline, sorry for that.

Well I just filled in the form, in German. Hope I've done it right. My 69,179 Prämienmeilen will get me EUR248.97, apparently. On the downloaded receipt there are two boxes on the left side, Gläubiger and Gläubiger - Bankdaten, with all my details in them. On the right side the two boxes which are labelled Vertreter and Vertreter - Bankdaten are empty. The Gläubiger is the creditor, me, and the vertreter is presumably an agent or proxy who would be representing me, in this case no-one.

Just once again to make it clear: The calculated worth of your miles is just the base for your claim. After all the claims from us members and those from business partners of topbonus will be added up (in May or so?) after a number of months the insolvency court will calculate a quota which determins how much of your claim you'll get paid out. No way to know, but my gut feeling says that this quota will be between 10 and 30%. So your claim of let's say 100 EUR will be paid out with 10 to 30 EUR in this example.

I see, I had no idea that this was the case, thanks for the clarification. TopBonus has turned out to be one of the biggest wet farts of the century so far.
I'm glad I used up most of my miles on a trip to Florida in February of last year, even if the turbulence was so bad that I lost my glasses and some minor items. If they look hard enough they can find my glasses and sell them to help reduce the debt. No wait, the planes have gone to Virgin, haven't they?

Just got an email with details of the restructuring of the program ( it is 109 pages).
does any one know who is AIRLOGIX LOYALTY GROUP LTD.,?

The offer seems legitimate. taking in to consideration that Topbonus was set up with a amazing figure of 400.00 Euros ( airberlin gave 120.00 Euros and Eithad 280.00 Euros) and this company is offering 2000000.00 Euros

That's very interesting, I had no idea. All the same, I think TopBonus would be best off rebranding totally, or shutting down. I don't think they will have a huge loyalty base once all this is over. I feel for a lot of the posters here who have lost a lot more than me, There were some serious flyers and believers in the TB programme.
