What to do to receive topbonus gold card
Hi,
I was upgraded to Silver and two weeks after to Gold in May 2016 and I have not received the card yet. I have contacted goldservice around 10 times via email, 10 different people have told me they have sent me a replacement card but I never receive it. I have tried with two different addresses in Spain. I do not know what to do to get it.
Any help?
