Can you pick up a replacement Gold Card at the airport?
Hi

Do you know if it is possible to pick up a replacement frequent flyer card at the airport? I don't have my card and am travelling around. Do you know if you can do this at Frankfurt?

OP’s question is not that absurd. Miles&Smiles helpdesk at IST can do it or at least they did in 2015. I’m positive some FTers who got status matched did a trip to IST just to pick up their card. It’s Flyertalk after all

Being able to pick up at the airport is usually a bad sign that they can't handle basic procurement and shipping, actually.. hardly service.

I'm 99% sure that's not possible. Especially at FRA
