LH has the "experience" advantage of being in this business much longer than AB. LH has the "service" advantage of being an intercontinental carrier much longer than AB. However, I don't find the LH Y seat any better than the AB Y seat (narrowbody or widebody). The one disadvantage AB has over LH is that AB tends to contract ground service workers at a lot of the out stations. Sometimes that can be a nuissance when something goes wrong.
