Overpayment on refund
Hi
Has anyone had issues with Air NZ and being overpaid a refund? They refunded just over 7k on the weekend and then the same again last night. They didn't seem to believe me and thought I might have misunderstood how my online banking works.
It's felt very much like Fawlty Towers with my first call to them not even going through but putting me through to rate the call. I would have thought they'd be more keen to get their money back and to work out what happened so it doesn't happen again.

Yes, was due the 7k, plus another $450 for having chosen seats and about $2500 for my return flight (we split our tickets because I had an upgrade to use. Those haven't come through yet. So they both owe us money and paid too much at the same time.
