Thank you very much for the review! My family is flying AKL > IAH Sunday and excited to hear its mostly working. Was worried we’d have to separate in order to have functioning beds,

Hey folks! Just following up with an update. Family of four flew from AUK to IAH on mar 31. Seats 1ak and 2ak (so both windows either side). 1d and 2d were also occupied. IFEs fully functional at all seats. 1k had problems with recline but it could be done manually by the flight attendants as needed. We were informed of this at gate but not at check in. All other seats fully functional. Confirm there is an adapter for the airNZ headphones which worked fine. Service was lovely with many of the crew admitting this was their first time in the cabin as well. Honestly felt the seats were in pretty good nick for the age of the plane. Overall had a lovely flight and consider the seat a massive upgrade over the current mainline airNZ J seat.
Thai-Kiwi and MaestroNZ like this.
