For those NZ members who knew wijomas he sadly passed away this morning. I know he was never a huge Air NZ fanboi 🤣 but this forum is really the only NZ specific forum and will have a number of people who knew him.

Just heard the same from [MENTION=22878]Itsalongwaydown[/MENTION] and [MENTION=211910]penegal[/MENTION]. He was quiet initially but then the life of the party. Had many great chats at Ozfest over the years. My heartfelt condolences to his wife (also a FTer)

Such sad news to hear - and deepest condolences to crankychick, Wills family, and his many friends.
I met Will over 10 years ago, and was pleased to be involved helping him organise the NZ Mega Do in 2010. *A / Air NZ Mega DO - AKL and CHC 11 - 12 December 2010
I was very impressed with his mischievousness and energy in all things, including a bit of a Mach run in his BMW from AKL to downtown....
In more recent years I enjoyed following his travels, and romance, through social media. RIP Will ...

Terribly sad news and such a shock. Will had many friends in NZ, across the ditch here in The West Island and all around the globe. Its no surprise as he was such a likable fellow. He lived life to the max despite the hurdles placed in front of him and he will be much missed. Rest easy Will.

Franny and I are filled with sadness to hear that [MENTION=171371]wijomas[/MENTION] passed away. We watched him grow into a fine young man and always had a warm spot in our hearts for him. RIP Will.

Another one who is shocked to hear of the passing of Will. Will lent a hand in organizing a number of Dos across New Zealand, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

RIP Will. Taken too early. You will be missed. Always remember and appreciate your and Christy's efforts in organising Ozfest 12 in 2015 in the Bay of Islands! Deepest condolences to Christy.

I remember him fondly from ONzFest 12. Still hoping there will be another in NZ, now in his memory as well as for other reasons. He'll be missed.
