Status point renewal

Status point renewal
Hey guys, needing some help please.
I’m currently NZ *G, anniversary date is on 7th March.
On my statement, It’s 390 status points needed by 7th March 2020, I’m doing a trip to Europe in business class in jan, which give me at least 490 points.
Now, however, I did do a lot of travelling in Feb and March 2019, which was about 400 points.
Question is, when is the status point getting renewed? Can I retain gold in January once I reached the 810 points? Or does it have to be renewed in March which I’m sure I’d drop to silver.

what about points dropping off between now and your 490 SP flights ? What travel have you done between November 2018 and January 2019?
status points are reviewed daily at gold, silver, jade with any 365 days old dropping off.
