LAX-AKL-RAR-LAX APD query
I'm wanting to book the itinerary above using my airpoints if possible. My airpoints account is set to NZ residence.
The website only allows me to book in USD, not in APD. Is it possible to book a flight originating in the US with APD on the same booking? I'm assuming I'd have to call to do this, but how does the conversion from USD to APD work, is it just at the current exchange rate?
