Ladies and gentlemen, kia ora and welcome aboard this Star Alliance flight operated by Air New Zealand, proud winners for the fourth year running of the Airline Ratings Airline of the Year award, and Top International Airline in Conde Nast Traveller's 2017 Reader's Choice Awards.

Hoping NZ stops talking about the altogether meaningless "Airline Ratings Airline of the Year award".
The old adage "if you have to keep telling people how great you are then..."
Still it's better than this absolute woeful piece of work from CNN:
http://money.cnn.com/gallery/luxury/...orld/jump.html
It talks about "the Cathay Pacific business lounge" at HKG (there are four and they vary a lot!). Rates the SQ SilverKris lounge at SIN (which is very tired, lacking power sockets and overcrowded at peaks). Talks about the "Qantas Club" (which is a domestic lounge) while showing a picture of the QF First Class lounge. The EK business lounge at DXB is an overcrowded zoo as well. Calls Swiss "Swiss air" and then talks of the Whisky Bar (which is in the Senator lounge not the Business lounge, so only accessible for those with *G status).
NZ might be cautious talking about Conde Nast given how part of that award is due to the near defunct SpaceSeat.
