Bereavement - AirNZ very proactive

I just wanted to note that AirNZ we very proactive in sorting out several future bookings after my partner's recent death.

This was very much appreciated and not really expected.

Sorry to hear the sad news. Glad AirNZ were understanding and able to mitigate the extra stress.

Jeffro, I am sorry for your loss you and your partner travelled together a lot, from what I have read here. I can't imagine how it would be to lose my travelling companion husband. It's a big thing to find someone you can happily co-exist with on the road, with all the crazy travel brings. Thinking of you and happy that NZ came through for you. When they're good, they're very, very good as the saying goes…I hope you are as OK as you can be .

Condolences - good that AirNZ made it journey easier for you.

While time may never heal the loss you feel, the world is full of opportunities and I am certain your partner would want you to achieve as much as possible

Sad news indeed jeffrocowboy (my condolences) but nice that Air NZ are looking after you. Makes a nice change to hear that as opposed to the negatives we normally read about in the paper or wherever.
