How did you go? I applied for the card this week (currently ANZ Visa Plat), asked about the 50 status points and Kiwibank said these preapprovals were sent to frequent flyers selected by AIRNZ (not a Kiwibank release).

AirNZ doesn't seem to know much about it - have emailed the Gold Elite address. Who did you speak to or email?

I gave them a call and asked to give me the same deal for my existing card. They did. :-)

So how often does Kiwibank update your airpoints and status points?? Is it monthly??

Got the card activated this week. Have the airpoint dollars advance but I'm wondering about the status points and how often they are added to the balance.
