Confused...do I have to fly in 2006 or not ?
Hello all,
On Saturday I shall (les eaux) be Platinum until February 07.
In order to keep this status for 07/08, do I have to fly at all in 2006 or can I just fly some nasty MR's in Jan/Feb 07 for Gold then normal flying until Platinum ???
Your help is appreciated.

So if you want to stay Platinum in 2007 (for which the card will say valid until 03/2008) you will need to gain enough level miles in 2006, otherwise you will fall back to Gold (unless you have no flights at all and will fall back to Ivory).

Thanks for the info though; I'll think I'll chase Gold in 06 but not Platinum (except if my company has other ideas).
