Amazing thread. I also love the service. Thanks for taking the time.
Maybe it is just me, but I had two or three cases where my experience was that Prague based agents seemed less empowered. I called there, asked, was not possible, called to the French Platinum / C2000 line ending with 2000 and got great help. Of course many times I have also had great help from Prague, just in these cases was different.
Once it was about a tight connection, 2 hours delayed longhaul departure, where I requested a double-booking on the next CDG-ZRH in case I misconnect, to save the last seat on the later connection - Prague said no double bookings, and Paris just did it ... (I did make the first one which was delayed and called in to release the other seat as soon as I knew).
Once was about doing a date change slightly after the 24 hours, when I made a website booking error on dates. Same thing, Prague said no and Paris did it for free.
Reading this thread I realise it might be a coincidence, but I would still like to ask Lurd if there is any difference in empowerment, or if this is related to KLM vs Air France perhaps?

POC
According to AgentConnectBiz, since June 2018, POS is not yet used for ticketing on AF/KL. Now the POC (Point of commencement) is the reference.

However, there can still be special fares restricted to specific POS, the POC logic only applies to availability, not to fares. Fares restricted to POC is just a specific case of fares restricted to some POS.

It is interesting that this thread is still active, even though the one who initiated it, Lurd, has not answered any of our questions since September 7th. Too bad, because having the perspective of someone inside is pretty valuable.
