Is there a way to buy US domestic flights via KLM/AF (Cash booking, not points)?
I see that with the FlyingBlue program one can book Delta award flights inside the USA. Is it not possible for cash bookings to buy something in the US-48 on DL metal? I have an Amex offer for bonus points if I buy flights on AF/KL.

you can buy (cash) DL domestic flights under AF or KL code only when those flights are in connection to/from an international flight (to/from Europe). So you can buy for instance CDG-ATL-LAS all under AF code but you cannot just buy ATL-LAS under AF code.
