"Family Name" - "First Name" mixup

Just called reservations and they said they cannot fix the swapped "Family Name" - "First Name" on my ticket.
What am I gonna do now?

Well I had the same issue 6 months ago for a flight for Mrs Lewis42.

it was an award ticket, I called the platinum line and they made the changes free of charge.

I have had this issue a few times. It wasn't a problem and I traveled with no questions asked.

It all depends which route you will fly. If it is a European flight, yes no issue. If it is an international flight to/from US, it can be a big issue.

It's MRS-AMS.
Strangely, the international BOS-CDG flight I booked does list the correct order of names. Maybe there is a difference between data entry on .US and .FR sites?

Yesterday, send an email via the AF website asking if they could fix the mixup. Today, got a reply back from "Belgium" stating they reissued my ticket with the correct sequence of names.
Very pleased with their service. ^
