AF Website: My Account: "Profile is 90% Complete"
Hey guys,
I have had this "Profile is 90% Complete" showing for several years, and it has been bugging me a little, as I am pretty sure I have all the field filled out... (even less obvious ones such as Travel Companion, Passport, ID Card are filled).
Does anyone have an idea on what is missing? (I have not linked my account to FB, LinkedIn, Google or Twitter, but this cannot be the 10% missing... )

You can't believe how happy I am to see that I'm not the only one being bugged by that !
I've got 100% after a long hunt. What can be missing for the 10% is the travel companion or for 5% each we have the Seat preference and Cabin preference.
Neither of these are necessary for the 100%

Hahahahaah, I wish!!!
To recap, my account showed 100% at some point, and then went back down to 90%...
I have gone through all the categories again... Clearly, it is not urgent, or important, but if you're one of those people who cannot stand having a red dot notification on their iPhone apps, you'll understand my pain :-)

I just looked into all my family accounts and got them all to 100% by making sure both airports (destination and origin) were filled, the cabin, the seat and adding a travel companion.
No idea what else can be missing :/
On the app it's easy to check that everything is filled, website tend to be slow.

Weirdly enough you can only choose window or aisle, no middle seat option
Now it is 100% :-)

Indeed I just remembered that was when I looked into the app that I managed to get the 100%, never from the website.
