Newbie to KLM/Flying Blue. Luggage fees changing on checkout from 7.5 Euro to 15 E?

I decided to join Flying Blue to take advantage of their discounted luggage fees for members. When going to process the payment for the economy tickets (I had my wife join as well) the baggage fees change before I could checkout.

Any idea why?

Thanks

I am not planning on using the return flight but found the roundtrip rate cheaper than the one way flight. If there is another way to get a lower fare one-way, I am interested....

Here is my itinerary:

2/4/15
AMS-ZRH
Non-stop
#1959
12:10-13:35PM

6/4/15
ZRH-CDG
AF # 1415, 318
7:30-8:50

CDG-AMS
AF # 8230, 73J
10:20-11:40

Thanks in advance....

Anthony

Hi!

Not directly related, but would like to suggest that when dealing with non- North Americans, you use international date format DD/MM/YY. If too confusing for you, then DD/Month mame (in full or abbreviated)/YY. Had to read 3 times before suspecting you were not flying out in Feb and back in June.

Why do you want not to buy a return ticket? Other than with low cost airlines or on some specific routes with lots of competition, this is usually the best war to get a cheap OW ticket.
