I'll be flying from CDG to PVG on a AF 772 Tempo. It seems that the seat pitch of AF Tempo is pretty small.
Any suggestion for picking a better seat? (I guess the front rows are not gonna be available at online check-in

avoid the last row of the cabin (row 31) as the seats are much smaller than the other ones
for leg rooms my favorites are 22 C 22 J but as the table is inside the armrest the width of the seat is slightly smaller.
Row 35 ABC JKL are exit row with plenty of leg room but next to the toilets and a crowed place during the night as plenty of people hang there
If you are FB elite you can prereserve them in advance unless they are already assigned
