Class C vs. D?

Class C vs. D?
I have a biz class ticket coming up where 2 legs are listed as Class C and the other two are Class D. Can someone tell me what these mean?

It is only a fare difference. Of course the seat/service is the same...
D class is more restrictive and less expensive.
