Where is the cheapest european starting point for Air France La Premiere to Singapore.?

Italy and some origins in Spain - fares are available for a touch under €10k return
Germany and Austria - fares are available for a touch over €10k return

You can check yourself. Traditionally Spain has been great, but check also Germany and some UK departure points, as there is competition with their own airlines for F PAX.
Alternatively some in this forum have departed from TUN (I know it's not Europe) successfully a long time ago but I think this is long gone.

PS : from end of March 26, AF flights to SIN are departing late ie at 11:20pm (and 10:20 pm for the return flight to CDG) .

I somehow think the OP wants to travel on Air France specifically - perhaps to experience the new La Premire cabin and the famous ground services and lounge at CDG - and not to merely travel in the cheapest-possible F cabin of all potential airlines.
