Ah nice. I even forgot for a moment it's a Bombardier, was thinking "why don't they get one from Europe"

Any chance I'll be able to see it in CDG on Thursday or Sunday?

Very nice welcome ceremony with speeches from Anne-Marie Couderc (President of the board), Jean-Baptiste Djebbari (France minister of transports), Ben Smith and Anne Rigail and Arianne, a copilot of A220.

Anne Rigail

Catherine Villard in the middle

And now the inside.
leather seats, quite wide as announced. The pitch is very good. The overhead compartments are significantly larger than on the A320 family.
Very nice and fancy cabin

A lot of the speeches were focused on the reduction of CO2 emissions for aviation and that the A220 will be a key contributor for this for AF.

Overall a nice ceremony, with a feeling of returning to normal (despite the masks). Congratulations to AF for introducing this new plane time and thank you for having invited me.

From the new cabin to the avionics, everything screams "next-gen". Can't wait to fly on it, thank you Goldorak for the unveiling pictures!
If you are on the BER maiden flight, let us know and don't forget to snap a few in-air pictures with wing views, that's pretty much the only missing thing from your album
