Does the Platinum hotline have an email?

Does the Platinum hotline have an email?

the super helpful folks who answer the phone at the phone line +33 1 49 88 (etc) ... Do they have an email address for non-time sensitive questions?

I have two Delta-stock tickets that are still showing my Skymiles number, even though I've removed them from my booking on the delta site and added Air France instead.
I'm sure their phone is ringing off the hook, so I'd rather slip them an email asking for my reservations to be fixed when they have a moment.

But I only have the phone number...

I'm afraid but the answer is no. There is not such thing like a platinum email contact.

Yes they have one. They used it to send me emails (not marketing, rather manual invoice or tickets during / after a call with them).

No idea if they answer to that mail though.

Yes, they do have an email. E.g. there is one for customers from Spain. You can use it e.g. to have them transmit messages to customer care.
