Connection in CDG

Connection in CDG
Hello all,
I'll be flying AF from LHR-CDG-JNB in Affaires early next year. My itinerary currently has an 85 minute connection. Is this a doable connection? Will I need to clear customs/passport control in Paris? Thanks in advance.

Are there connection itineraries that don't require security re-screening in CDG? E.g., maybe just Schengen-to-Schengen? It seemed to me that to get into to any of the non-Schengen 2E departure halls (K/L/M), one needs to clear security, even if arriving into that same hall. Just wondering.

Schengen to Schengen 2F to 2F are without security screening, however sometimes they route through a document check. If you connect with a codeshare from like 2D, you need to pass security (or maybe there is an airside connection, but I didn't find one)
