Flying to Malta

I am trying to arrange a trip (two passengers) to Malta in Spring 2019. The Air France site lets me book my preferred itinerary in February and March. Charlottesville (CHO) to ATL in economy on a regional jet, ATL to CDG in AF premium economy, CDG to MLA on Air Malta economy. All on AF tickets. The return trip uses the same airports and fare classes. But after March 30, the return itinerary is not available according to the AF website. Air Malta is still flying MLA to CDG in April, but the AF website does not show the flights.

Does anyone know why? Are Air France and Air Malta ending their code sharing as of the end of March?

Thanks for your help. (We want to stay in Malta until late April.)

I suspect those code-shares have not been yet loaded in the systems and GDS.
