First rows of Economy in B777-300 ER with extra legroom?

For some reason, I couldn't book seat assignments for an upcoming CDG-SFO flight online, so I called the AF. The agent on the phone kept referring to the first rows in Economy cabin (rows 28-31) as "Extra Legroom seats". I even asked if these seats indeed have an extra legroom and he confirmed.

Is that really so? SeatGuru (or the website) does not have that information, and the charge for booking them was significantly lower than, for instance, for exit row seats.

According to Seat Guru, the only 77W with some front rows which are "Seat Plus" ( https://www.airfrance.ch/CH/en/commo...siege_plus.htm ) and have extra legroom is https://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Ai...r_Class_V3.php - but for what I can see CDG-SFO (at least on some dates next week) is configured with https://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Ai...r_Class_V2.php . The first seat rows (28-31) are indeed premium (normally paid) but they are just "Seats in front of the cabin" ( https://www.airfrance.ch/CH/en/commo...ant-cabine.htm ).

Otherwise, there are seats close to the emergency exits that naturally have some more legroom ;-)
