Agreed. I haven't been on AF's version of the A343 but I dread it whenever I fly their 777. I just did a trip from JFK on the A380 (again!) and returned from ORY on the 772 and even if the IFE on the latter is newer, the 10-abreast is horrid and cramped. At least it was a daytime flight- I'm fairly skinny but I still keep rubbing knees with the 17" seat width.
Of course, I always fly in Y......so my complaints don't apply to those in J or F.

Well, the A343 was as terrible as I expected.
Unusable IFE, poor lightings.
Even the FAs told me they hate flying on that bird.
oh, wait, I was not sure those hairdryers would take us to the sky
Seriously, a very long take off roll with a lot of vibrations.
Very friendly crew though
