Not good. In fact, terrible, if they decide to ground the AF A380 fleet at the start of the investigation.

There was a safe flight and landing, thus no need to ground it. It was a lot less damage then the QF event and that didn't result in a grounding.

I don’t think they will ground the fleet, but for sure will perform checks on it. And to answer OP’s question, there will be for sure some impact on flight planning. Indeed, AF has often what they call in French “tensions flottes” with the A380 and I am not sure that they have any B777 available to replace the missing frame and even if they have the capacity is not the same.
I have 2 A380 flights coming this week...

Unless I'm mistaken, Qantas voluntarily grounded their entire fleet of A380's. Now I don't think that will happen in this case, but there was in fact a grounding, it was just a voluntary one.

Besides, there is absolutely no suggestion that AF is even considering grounding their A380s at the present time, so all this conjecture is not very realistic in my opinion.

I doubt 380s get grounded, but if they did, would be some serious cancellations and re-bookings on Sky team partners.

They need just turn to KLM. They've been short a 787 for long periods over the last few months and have got great at cancelling flights [usually to SFO] and rebooking pax!
A regular on the KLM forum claims that they have received over €3,000 in compensation for cancellations on that route this year alone!
