3 SERVAIR demonstration stands
In the international baggage delivery hall of terminal South of Paris-Orly airport and of terminals 2E and 2F of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, there will be 3 stands hosted by Servair chefs.

On the day of the event [September 23rd], these chefs will cook vegetable-based recipes before the passengers, who will have the opportunity to taste such varied delicacies as:
- Vegetable ratatouille with mint-flavoured courgette coulis
- Old-time vegetable bourride with orange
- Mixed grill of summer vegetables, creole aioli sauce
- Vegetable korma
- Spicy avocado féroce with pear and red pepper
- Small corsaire fruit jelly
- Exotic fruit jelly with hibiscus.

10,000 verrines and recipes
To make sure the greatest number of passengers can sample these dishes, we will be serving 10,000 verrines and handing out as many recipes (in French and English).

Passengers will be able to learn how to prepare:
- Roast fillet of veal with real coriander gravy, crozet pasta and pan-fried green beans
- Leg of lamb steak, wheat bulgur and courgettes
- Mushroom carpaccio
- Artichoke fondant with foie gras, or yet
- Marble cream of Brie de Meaux with truffles.


Luxury product tasting
by Aéroports de Paris and Aélia (Lagardère Services Group) will showcase outstanding products in its BuY Paris Duty Free points of sale.

Terminal 2C of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport will give events a Russian touch with sampling of:
- Artzner products (throughout the day)
- Maxim’s products (throughout the day)
- and Petrossian products between 8:30am and 1:30pm
► BuY Paris Duty Free Point of sale, after passport control.

The international area of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport Terminal 2F will also spotlight foie gras with Artzner products. Culinary demonstrations, with the presence of a chef from the famous Strasbourg house, will be accompanied by tasting sessions between 8am and 4pm. Passengers will also be able to observe the preparation of foie gras verrines.

Terminals 2E and 2G of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport will highlight products from the house of Rougié, inviting travellers to discover the culinary delights of the Périgord area throughout the day.


Macarons… by Ladurée
The famous house of Ladurée, founded in 1862 by Louis Ernest Ladurée, will offer
passengers an outstanding culinary experience with an activity based on the creation of
macaron pyramids.
.Travellers will be able to meet Ladurée Chef Vincent Lemains at the brand's point of sale
after passport control in Terminal 2E of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, between 11am and 4pm.

For the delight of chocaholics… by La Maison du Chocolat
To discover the different varieties of chocolates entirely handmade by La Maison du
Chocolat creators, passengers in Terminals 2E and 2F (Schengen area) of Paris-Charles
de Gaulle airport will be invited to sample the goods.

The macarons from Ladurée & La Maison du Chocolat were excellent!

It is a pity I am not travelling through Paris anytime soon!
