I was just looking at a 1998 Super Elite / Elite / Prestige benifit comparison (Aeroplan & You, May/June 1998), and in that, it indicates that both Super Elite and Elite only get 2 NA upgrade certificates with every 10,000 Q miles. But as you said, BlondeBomber, Elite did recieve 4 in 1998. I hope they continue to give 4 certificates for each 10,000 miles.

Megamiles you are right. I must have been having a brain freeze. I did get 4 certificates per statement a few times but that was because I flew over 20000 status miles in that month.
