Discount Code "Non-Transferable"?
Hi,
I recently won a 25% discount code on the Air Canada
"At Your Fingertips" contest. The code is good until May, 2010,
but I already have two flights booked between now and then,
so I'm unlikely to be able to use it. The code is good for flights
just about anywhere, with a few exceptions.
The fine-print says the code is "non-transferable" but how would
AC ever know if I came to an arrangement to allow someone else
to use it, and even if they did, would/could they do anything about it?
The code is potentially worth up to a couple of thousand dollars on an
executive flight, so I'd hate to see it go to waste.
Thanks in advance,
B
