Save on travel in Executive First to Europe this summer?

Couldn't find a thread mentioning this promotion:
Save on travel in Executive First to Europe this summer

A fully flat bed, in-seat power, and a personal touch-screen TV with over 300 hours of on-demand entertainment - everything designed to make flying as comfortable as possible. On your next flight, relax in the privacy of your Executive First Suite and save.

Offer ends June 2, 2009. Book Now.

Terms and conditions:

Fares indicated are each way and must be purchased on a round-trip basis.. Tickets must be purchased by June 2, 2009. All travel must be completed by September 7, 2009. A 14-day advance purchase applies. Taxes, insurance, Fuel & NAV CANADA surcharges, airport improvement fees and Air Travellers Security Charge are not included. Tickets are refundable - subject to penalty fee. Fares are valid at time of printing and apply to new bookings only. Fares are subject to government approval. Seats are limited and subject to availability. Fares may vary depending on date of departure. Fare is valid only on AC/AC* operated by Air Canada.

The terms and conditions do not mention a requirement for a Saturday night stay, but I have checked several destinations/dates in the summer with Mon-Fri itineraries and none have offered the sale fares. Is a Saturday night stay an unpublished condition?

AC IT seems to be spelling-challenged. The promo link on the AC home page reads "Save in Executive Frist (sic) to Euorpe (sic)"

It would indeed appear to be the case. It seems that not all conditions are mentioned.

OTOH, earlier on, the same page did say that return had to be within 12 months. Which one could not book either. They have now "corrected" the page.

Likewise, they had a $999 fare YYC-GVA, which is no longer mentioned but still occasionally available.

Finally, Paris, Rome and MAD used to be the same price as LHR and FRA, but at least from YYC, it has now dropped by $100.

LH definitely has a saturday night stay in their version, which overlaps with AC's (both AC and LH show each others flights). Given the pricing, it makes sense they'd want to exclude the hard core business traveler going in Monday and out Friday

Has anyone challenged Air Canada on this? It costs nothing more to put the full list of restrictions into an e-mail message, and all advertisers are using many paragraphs of miniscule text at the bottom of their print ads to ensure that consumers are "fully-informed."

Anyway, it looks like I'll be spending $3600 for a Latitude fare plus two SWU certificates, rather than the $2300 for a Executive First fare (and saving the upgrades until another flight).
