l’ve done it many times. Properly declare to US Customs. Labelled. Etc. Just got my third Nexus card and not required to present for interview so expect US Border people happy with me. Never had an issue, even if sniffer dogs. That being said, your point is important. ��

thanks @canadiancow, @24left - I tried to call in at 50k line and it's a simple no sorry, we can't do anything. Just sent a DM to AC twitter and I'm getting a reply within 30min, said "It will be a pleasure to make your nephew's flight special for his birthday", asked for my ref and will forward to the special request team. I will share my experience through this route if anyone is interested, thanks all
