Whats happened to YYZ - PVG L fares

Just went in to book four "L" fares YYZ-PVG (May 21/May31) and see all that is available now is Q and up. Up to yesterday, "L" was available but I had to hold off on booking because one person needed to confirm dates. Price has gone from $1244 to $1833 per person.
Was there a sale that ended Jan 19 ?. Should "L" be made available again.

I would imagine that there are only x number of seats available in the L bucket and that someone else bought them.

Yes, there was a sale to international and sun destinations of up to 35% discount that ended on January 19, 2009. YYZ/PVG was quotes as $440 each way, based on roundtrip purchase before taxes, etc. The same for PEK and HKG was $449.

Yup, it's the end of the sale that's made the price go up, not the lower fare classes being sold out. I wouldn't rush into buying 4 tickets at the current price, you'll likely see another sale or two before your travel dates.
