Red face Transfer time

Travelling from BKK to YWG in January on Ac but transfering from ANA to AC in Tokyo. We have 1 Hour between flights . Is this enough time for a plane transfer.Arrival and departure in same terminal.

Loads of time. NRT is very efficient for connecting and they will likely have someone standing at the top of the jetway from your inbound flight with a white board with connecting flight information.

You will have to clear security between flights.
1 hour won't leave much time for lounge access!
