Problems when accessing a single flight booking
Has anybody else had trouble lately accessing a single flight booking at ac.com? My corp TA books my flights, and I like to go in and print off a copy of the itin. For the last week or more, whenever I try it can't seem to connect to book.aircanada.com and then times out and I get a message saying:
"Sorry...
We are temporarily unable to process your request. Please try entering your credit card number again with no spaces, only numbers. "
Even though I wasn't trying to enter a cc number (and I don't have the cc number the TA uses to book) - I access bookings with my booking ref. I even tried a booking ref for another trip coming up and it wouldn't work either.
Anybody else experiencing this?
Edit: I've also tried three different browsers - IE, Firefox, and Safari. Same deal in all three. Only thing i haven't tried is going through my vpn connection and the company's proxy server, but can't see what difference that would make. Oh yes, also tried it with my home internet connection, in various MLLs, and most recently at the lovely Marriott in St. John's (I highly recommend, btw).
