Suspected international gangster caught stealing YVR bags

A suspected member of a gang of international thieves targeting airports was arrested at Vancouver airport, allegedly trying to flee with the laptop of an unsuspecting passenger.
RCMP undercover officers posted at the airport watched the thief drive up to the international passenger pickup level and try to drive off with the laptop while the owner's back was turned.
He was stopped and arrested.

"Suspected international gangster" made me think of Carmen Sandiego in her trenchcoat and fedora running off with the Venus de Milo.
Despite the disappointment at the typically Canadian nature of the crime and arrest...good on the RCMP for nabbing this guy! ^^^
