AC ads on TripAdvisor outdated

There are several ads running on TripAdvisor.com for Air Canada's 'June' sale. I hope AC is not paying for those...

Most affiliate programs pay for what the user purchases after clicking through the ad. I can't guarantee that's how Trip Advisor's ads are set up, but I'm sure they are.

My point is that it doesn't look very good that the company is advertising a 'June' sale in August. Further, the reference to who is paying for what was a bit of a joke: it would be better for whoever deals with this marketing campaign at AC if the ads were still up in error (on TA's part) and not because AC was still actively placing them.

I don't think Air Canada has an affiliate program... probably just a bad internet ad buying company!

I was surprised to read this since my experience with AirCan thus far had been positive and they seemed to be on top of their game.

I visited tripadvisor and after looking around I found an air can banner advertising summer specials but with no reference to June. was there a specific page that this was on or maybe it was a cache issue?
