Problems with Aeroplan
I am trying to book a flight with my wifes Aeroplan account (she does not have status), I am doing this online, I check for availability May 01 YOW-YYJ and return May 16 YYJ-YOW, the available itineraries come back with 6 options for 25,000 miles, I go to book the best option and an error message comes back saying error, please log off and try again. I log off and try again only to find the cheapest segment at 40,000 points. This is 20 seconds after I could find 6 options at 25,000 points. ... is going on!! Anybody else having problems??
