YYZ T2 Wednesday AM assistance
Hi folks - this is particularly targeted to any AC lurkers (especially concierges!).
Mrs. Murm is making an unexpected trip to CLE first thing tomorrow to support her family during a medical emergency.
Given the stressful situation, Mrs. Murm's bad travel karma in general, and the T2 AM weekday experience in particular, any assistance anyone can offer to smooth her through would be greatly appreciated - please PM me.

arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the flight to allow time to get through pre-clearance and get a bite to eat/watch planes. Checkin online and get your seat before getting to the airport so I can drop your bags at the express line.
