I have flown 38K miles from Jan 1 to Feb 5 and still have not got my 35K status. i have all the AQM and AQD.
i have called air canada who told me to call aeroplan. they told me I would get it march 2nd.
called them today the lady on the phone is like yes you have 38K miles flown and all the AQD but she is unable to help me.
I want to have my tags before my flight in April for the SFO in flight DO.

I called AC and they told me to call Aeroplan again. After calling them the lady said the computer did the check on march 2 and I may have been overlooked. she said it may take a month for the computer to know you hit status. only thing my last flight was Feb 5th.

Does the altitude dashboard not say pick your benefits or anything?

Looks like a sweep happened last night. I'd check your status today.

Took a print out of my altitude page to the lounge.
No way they were going to let me in.

I got swept again this morning. So Saturday and Thursday this week is when I saw my changes.
