Multiple Seats
Hi
I am wondering... if one was a 'passenger of size' and bought 2 seats on a flight, would both seats be eligible for mileage accrual? I dont see why not.... but knowing AC/AE there is probably something somewhere that says no...
I would like some insight if anyone has some...
Thanks

Its my understanding that the second seat is available at a discounted price but does not accumulate mileage. Maybe some of our "more substantial" members can shed some light on this.
Shame as otherwise you could book a whole row of seats on a seat sale fare to Asia and get SE in just one trip.

that's a shame, as I made 2 trips to the UK last year that had no purpose other than to accumulate miles....
Both of them I arrived LHR around 615am, and caught the 9am departure back to YYZ. It would have been alot easier for me to just have bought 3 tickets on one flight, rather than spend the extra time on board.
