Well I know E+ on BA is nice, or at least it looks nice, they want they big comfy seats, that recline to 150 degrees
BA biz seats are full flat beds (not angled) eight across the main deck in a Ying Yang config.

Another reason to go BA J. Might be a bit narrow, but it's a bed after all.

Then your problem is solved........buy a biz fare on BA and then we can move this thread over to the BA forum ;) .

Right. The answer is easy. You have no status with an airline, you buy the ticket. End of story. No need for four pages on it.

Given full fare J YVR-YYZ is close to this even today $2500-$3000 + taxes, they should be well used to and willing to pay such prices so they themselves can travel "in comfort".

The parents are simply too nice then - they were willing to pay over $4K for their son to fly YVR/YUL return in J yet they wouldn't want to spend that much money on themselves for a vacation. Something isn't right, can anyone spot it?

Oh oh oh I know I know.

fromYYZ_flyer, the early years :D

Now Josh, this just shows how far you have come and how we now respect your posts. It's ok to learn from others mistakes :)

1) When did BA get "E+"?

2) Since when does their premium economy product offer 150 degree recline?

FewMiles..

No they are definately not willing to pay over $4K for J for YVR/YUL. AC pushed the fares up, they were at one point just over 1000 dollars each way, and I moved to a lower fare class pretty quickly.

No BA has WT+, basically the same thing as economy plus, but bigger seats as well. The AC J product has 150 degrees of recline. Sorry should have been a "but" in there.

Although I am very fluent in English, I too cannot decipher the exact meaning of Shore9's post.

Curt. Please be aware that there are concerns on this forum as to the accuracy of Shore9's information to the community. Caveat lector. ;)
