Help please - where is the availability tool thread?
As many of you know, I've been away from FT for a while - our company went through an MBO, I've been busy, blah blah blah.
I need some help please: Months ago the availability tool we used on airlines.de went down. Then Mathias at the travel agency that supported the service set up his own that we could download from the TravelBuzz or MilesBuzz forum. I now want to set this up on my new work laptop but can't find the thread...can anyone help?
Thanks

I think that is KVS' tool. Mathias' is embedded in the discussion at:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showt...ilability+tool
I find I need both. Mathias' doesn't run all the time (cycles on and off to prevent massive use) but is accurate for weird locations like domestic flights in China. KVS' tool doesn't work in China. It shows flights but not accurate availability. In Canada, those funny AC G and I etc fares show up better in KVS tool (which is available full time, no cycling on and off).
Hats off to both. They are some of my most used tools for trip planning. ^
