Transborder Lines at YUL?

Just wanted to get some first hand info on transborder immigration lineups at YUL these days. We have a thread started on YYZ.

Anyone travelling transborder through YUL lately?

I am looking at YYC, YUL and YYZ as options and REALLY don't like standing in line for half an hour let alone an hour or more. YYC was good until recently.

I'd like to know as well.. with the terror alert level downgraded to Yellow, I'm hoping that has relieved a bit of the backlog that was occuring... I have to go through YUL in a week or so...

Can't speak about 2004 experiences at YUL yet, but in 2003 I never spent less than 20 minutes waiting to clear customs at YUL, and very often more like 30.

They are one of the worst in Canada AFAIC.
