Booking reward travel to Havana?
Anyone have any insight as to why I can not book reward travel to Havana on AC scheduled services? They note rewards can be booked on all scheduled AC services; I am trying to book only on 988/989 scheduled 3X weekly YYZ-HAV service. Will it ever be possible? Is this treated as a charter for some reason? Grateful any advice.

Have you tried calling or have you just tried via the web? Maybe they haven't been loaded yet?

If it is a scheduled service is should be available.

i am not sure when you are looking to go. but I just checked seatmap.com , and it appears to be showing w/d availability for february dates. If am reading this correctly these are AC award seats, if so, I would call to confirm availability. have fun

Thanks - I have only tried the website, thinking (wrongfully I guess) that it would reflect what is available in their system. I will try calling instead.
